· Deployed UX strategic framework that integrates user experience into the roadmaps for new and existing internal products.

· Documented end-to-end user journeys for personas related to employee experience in the office to optimize the technology and practices utilized.
· Designed the meeting room booking panel digital signage for the global headquarters, with plans to roll out to offices globally.
· Worked with communications and branding teams to create uniform templates for office digital signage that employees would be able to use when distributing their announcements.
· Defined the requirements and capabilities for digital signage works, such as occupancy signage, TfL dashboards, and cafeteria menus.

· Ensured the integrity of projects from designers to developers through project management and continuous sprint planning.
· Utilized SUS, CSAT, and NPS metrics to survey stakeholders about their products' perceived usability and research ways to better suit their products to fit user needs.
