• Deployed user experience (UX) strategic framework that integrates user experience into the roadmaps for new and existing internal products to ensure positive user experience for all end-users.
• Conducted semiannual UX testing sessions for all internal platforms in collaboration with product owners to ensure all UX metrics met KPI standards, with 80% of products meeting or surpassing UX standards.
• Validated 70% positive user retention of a B2B software as a system (SaaS) product by collaborating with external vendors on end-to-end UX journey mapping.
• Executed user acceptance testing (UAT) for GSK’s internal AI chatbot and its prompting capabilities to improve overall employee usability by 36%.
• Designed and assisted in development for a supplier website that is available across 70+ countries in 10+ languages.
• Increased overall office efficiency by 12% by mapping end-to-end user journeys related to employee experience to optimize the technology and daily practices utilized.
• Designed meeting room booking panel digital signage for the global headquarters with WCAG AA and ADA compliant design systems. The designs have since been rolled out to offices globally.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with branding teams to develop design systems and templated documentation for office digital signage.
• Defined the requirements and capabilities for digital signage works, such as occupancy signage, Transport for London (TfL) dashboards, and cafeteria menus.
• Facilitated project handoff between designers and developers to decrease downtime from 6 weeks to 4 weeks.
• Managed weekly sprint calls between team members to increase project visibility.

• Developed a crisis management (CMS) website utilizing React.js programming language.
• Migrated 6 GB of data from an API to the CMS while ensuring validity and relevancy of information.
